Welcome to the first instalment of our G3 Recap, in which we will highlight a few of the projects we run each month.
This time, we’re covering two very exciting, completely different projects from April; Further Future and Tomorrowland Brasil.
No longer the new kid on the block, this year’s second edition saw Further Future further establish its reputation as “millennial utopia“. An intimate event, organised by Robot Heart, known for their events at Burning Man, asked for a matching campsite that exudes community and inclusiveness.
We sourced the best local partners for this project, working closely with them to deliver a truly unique accommodation experience.
Event dates: 29 April – 1 May
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States
People accommodated: 910
- Pre-production: Site visit, CAD drawings, planning
- Build up of entire campground
- Campsite management and hospitality services during the event
- Break down of all structures
The highly successful second Brazilian edition of the global EDM phenomenon featured one of the most impressive line-ups ever seen in South America. Tomorrowland’s established DreamVille offered guests an accommodation experience much like its Belgian counterpart, which came to life in its tropical environs.
For this project we provided our own rental products, such as the Awaji lodges and Flores cabins, as well as tailored, 360 printed Yule tents – specifically developed for Tomorrowland.
Event dates: 21-24 April
Location: Itu, São Paulo, Brazil
People accommodated: 6110
